Technical Account Manager

ConnectCause is seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate technical projects, and support successful IT service delivery. This role requires a mix of account management, project management, basic technical knowledge, and some project engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and serve as a trusted point of contact
• Coordinate technical projects from planning through completion
• Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and client communication
• Work with internal technical teams to support project execution and service delivery
• Assist with scoping, documentation, solutions delivery, and project handoff
• Participate in client meetings, status calls, and strategic planning discussions
• Help identify technical risks, improvement opportunities, and proactive recommendations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, technical account management, IT project coordination, or a similar client-facing IT role
• Experience managing technical projects
• Basic technical understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and support environments
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Entra ID
• Basic understanding of networking and network design
• Ability to perform project engineering and assist with solutions delivery
• Ability to support discovery, implementation planning, and technical handoff
• MSP or IT services experience preferred

Pay: From $70,500.00 per year
