What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the CEO’s calendar and email inbox, triaging and flagging key priorities.
• Act as a project coordinator, tracking tasks and helping keep small initiatives moving across the team.
• Support in research, memo drafting, and coordination across multiple platforms and tools.
• Help organize and track documents, meeting notes, and SOPs.
• Optional but preferred: Help QA or troubleshoot digital ad campaigns (Amazon, Meta, Google) or marketplace listings.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teammates.

Who You Are

• Highly autonomous – You don’t wait for step-by-step instructions. You figure it out, Google it, ask the right questions, and push things forward.
• Organized & sharp – You see chaos and bring order. You remember the details and anticipate the next step.
• Tech-comfortable – You’ve used tools like Notion, Teams, Outlook, and maybe even project management platforms like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
• Fluent in English – You’re confident writing and speaking with U.S.-based team members and clients.
• Hungry to grow – You’re not just looking for a task-based gig. You want to grow into a more strategic role over time.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Background in paid media (Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, etc.)
• Experience in project or operations management
• Past exposure to Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or eCommerce operations

Role Logistics

• Remote – Must be located in Brazil
• 10–15 hours/week to start, with full-time growth potential in 2–3 months
• Working hours must overlap with Pacific Time (PST) for at least 5 hours/day

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: R$33.00 - R$50.00 per hour
