Technical Coordinator

We are looking for a technical coordinator with good communication and coordination skills. The successful candidate will act as engineering project manager, with unique possibilities to work with projects from concept development to final product delivered from quayside.

• Coordinate and follow up on engineering tasks, budgets, resources, schedules, and project progress.
• Ensure quality control, compliance, and timely delivery of all technical documentation, drawings, and certificates.
• Facilitate communication and teamwork across disciplines, departments, subcontractors, and production teams.
• Manage RFQs, change requests, and support procurement and commissioning activities.
• Act as the main link between engineering and production, ensuring cost-effective and production-ready solutions.
• Be the "bridging" link between Project Management department and engineering departments for your project.

• Strong background in project management
• Knowledge from ship design or/and yard is preferred
• Experience with rules and regulations
• Planning and budgeting experience
• AutoCAD and experience with SharePoint project portal or similar is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English, both oral and written
