What You'll Do

As a Technical Facilities Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the highest standard. Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Oversee Technical Operations: You will drive our preventive maintenance programs, manage daily facilities operations, and lead minor projects to enhance our sites.

  • Manage Vendor Partnerships: You will be responsible for managing vendor performance and contracts, ensuring we partner with the best in the industry to deliver exceptional service.

  • Uphold Safety and Compliance: You will conduct risk assessments, manage incident reports, and ensure all operations adhere to statutory and regulatory standards, creating a safe and secure environment for everyone.

  • Deliver Superior Support: You will manage our helpdesk services, oversee key and parking administration, prepare critical reports, and conduct new-hire orientations to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

What You'll Need

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to make an impact. The ideal individual will have:

  • A proven background in facilities management, with a strong understanding of technical operations and preventive maintenance.

  • Demonstrated experience in vendor and contract management.

  • A keen eye for detail and a solid grasp of risk management and compliance protocols.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage helpdesk systems, prepare clear reports, and lead orientations effectively.

  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
