Technical Project Manager

CFFT S.p.A. is expanding its Internal Service Department with a technical resource to support ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, maintenance planning, and project management activities across our logistics and terminal operations located in Civitavecchia.

With the launch of a new business unit dedicated to Green Hydrogen production, storage, and distribution, this role will contribute to the reliability and growth of critical new assets supporting CFFT’s Near Net Zero logistics vision.

What you’ll do

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial assets (utilities, electrical/mechanical systems, refrigeration and logistics infrastructure)
• Assist with maintenance planning (work orders, scheduling, spare parts, contractor coordination)
• Contribute to projects and technical initiatives (revamping, upgrades, commissioning, documentation)
• Collaborate with HSE and operations to ensure activities are executed safely and in compliance
• Support the rollout and operational readiness of hydrogen-related assets (equipment coordination, inspections, technical follow-up, production process)

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Energy / Industrial or similar)
• Strong technical mindset, willingness to learn in an industrial environment
• Interest in energy transition and innovative infrastructure (hydrogen, renewables, electrification)
• Good organization skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal + suppliers/contractors)

Nice to have

Autocad / BIM skills

Familiarity with industrial safety principles and permitting

Exposure to hydrogen systems, process equipment, or utilities
