- Manage and respond to application tickets.
- Communicate technical information, both verbal and written to studios and members.
- Remotely connect to computer to perform troubleshooting.
- Escalate problem tickets to the proper team.
- Communicate with the Clients.
- Categorize and tag tickets accordingly.
- Assist studios with the following:
- Login issues such as password reset of in-studio technologies or machines.
- Align member's information locally and globally.
- Installing applications, router configuration, display screen issue.
- Return policy for devices.
- Aid in connecting studio technologies and equipment to the network.
- Providing technical assistance in connecting computers to TV screens.
- 2 years of college or certifications in an IT field
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support or IT field
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong technical knowledge of web-oriented architecture
- High aptitude in problem solving and execution of solutions
- Experience working in a ticketing platform
- Experience in Microsoft Application
- Network+ / Relative experience preferred SQL experience preferred
