Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Technical Support Representative to support a Premium Care Gaming account. This role involves providing advanced troubleshooting assistance for gaming devices, focusing on hardware and system-level issues such as BIOS settings, No Boot, No Display, No POST, and boot process failures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert technical support for Lenovo gaming PCs, addressing advanced issues like:
  • BIOS configuration and updates
  • No Boot / No Display / No POST scenarios
  • Boot process troubleshooting
  • System recovery and startup issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step diagnostics and resolutions via phone, chat, or email.
  • Escalate complex hardware or software issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical findings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lenovo gaming products, BIOS versions, and troubleshooting tools.

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of PC hardware, BIOS, and Windows OS boot processes.
  • Experience in resolving No Boot, No POST, or related system issues.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT helpdesk is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for gaming and a customer-first mindset is a plus.
  • Graduate of any IT related course.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php26,550.00 per month

  • Technical support: 1 year (Required)
