Technical Support Representative

This role will provide expert troubleshooting and assistance for our web and mobile

applications. This role will primarily focus on debugging issues using SQL queries to

identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems. The ideal candidate will possess

strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of SQL, and the ability to

communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical users.

Minimum Qualifications:

• College Degree- Related field of study in Computer Science or any IT

related course.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in managing database.

• Has an experience in SQL Scripting, and Web development.

• Strong analytical and planning skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• OutSystems Reactive Web certification is a plus.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Provide technical support for web and mobile applications, addressing userreported

issues and system bugs.

• Use SQL to query databases and debug application problems.

• Work closely with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical

issues.

• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for common issues.

• Communicate technical information clearly to users, ensuring an excellent

customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
