Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Support Representative. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building rapport, solving problems, and possesses strong communication skills. You will be instrumental in providing excellent service to our clients, contributing to sales efforts and supporting general business operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Engage in sales activities, including presenting products/services, identifying customer needs, and closing deals.
- Employ persuasion and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes in various interactions
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with inquiries related to Google Workspace
- Proven experience in a customer service role. At least 1 year experience in customer/technical service or support role
- Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems
- Experience in sales is highly valued
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with or experience in Google Workspace, AWS, Microsoft 365, or otehr similar products (e.g. Zoho,Monday, Godaddy, Asana and Dropbox)
