We're looking for a Technology Manager to support our local team in New Zealand. If you're a brilliant problem solver who's passionate about data, automation, and related technologies, let's get in touch.

• Assessing initiatives that require relevant IT changes for Revolut New Zealand’s business needs and requirements
• Identifying dependencies, potential impact, and technology risks, ensuring they've been satisfactorily analysed, tested, and managed
• Managing incidents and alerts, ensuring correct escalation paths for closure
• Collaborating on large change and transformation programmes, taking ownership of appropriate tasks and providing necessary technical support
• Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth
• Preparing management information metrics and dashboards, and presenting to local committee

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or leading technology/IT services provider
• Knowledge and experience of New Zealand's payments system
• Solid project management skills
• A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
• Expertise in risk awareness and risk management frameworks
• A good understanding of financial services technology and payments
• Expertise in financial services regulations in New Zealand
• A broad understanding of modern technology stack and cloud technology
• Experience partnering with an executive team, as well as the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver results
• Knowledge and experience in retail banking
• Fluency in English with impeccable communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of card products and how they operate in New Zealand
• Technology and change delivery experience at a leading/global consultancy firm
• Experience building and/or scaling up the technology function of a financial services institution or fintech
• Relevant industry-recognised certifications, such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and/or Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
