Telesales Agent - Customer Sales

We are recruiting a telesales & customer sales agent for our long standing business. Dealing with a range of existing & new potential customers via telephone and email. Range of products include wholesale goods, winter fuel, food (eg: nuts, seeds). Full training on products will be provided on - going.

• The candidate will be proficient n processing invoices and credit notes (full training provided).
• Working closely with members of the Warehouse / management team to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
• Providing a backup service for our Reps on the road.
• Answering customer queries via telephone, email.
• Processing orders accurately and clearly via phone & email.
• Monitoring orders that come in online via our portal for accuracy & communicating with warehouse.
• Providing helpful and friendly service to our customers

Candidate Requirements:

• The Telesales & Customer Service Agent will ideally have experience in wholesaling, food, distribution.
• Strong experience in a customer-facing sales role / telesales / email.
• Have excellent telephone manner & proficient in email.
• Be a team player, who is willing to learn new skills and show initiative.
• Be professional, personable, hardworking, conscientious, honest and punctual
• Enjoy working in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Flexible hours offered if a candidate preferred a 4 day week for example or a later start to avoid traffic / earlier finish. Role is in Celbridge, Co.Kildare. Warm office, own desk, new PC & telephone head sets provided. Free parking on site. Monday to Friday only.

Pay: €33,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
