As a Team Leader, you play a key role in the fundraising activities of MSF in Norway.
You will be responsible for your own team, where the goal is to recruit new regular donors to MSF through fundraising. The Team Leader works closely with the project coordinator to build a path between the line manager, the MSF movement, and the team. Other work tasks can occur based on the strengths and wishes of the candidate. This is a great opportunity for those who want leadership experience. Through the position, you will have direct responsibility for your employees regarding training, follow-up, and team building. This job focuses on personal growth, which contributes to invaluable experience to further your future career in MSF or elsewhere.
This is a temporary position from 1 June to 16 August 2026. The role is based in Bergen and involves travel activity.
Tasks:
- Training and follow-up of team members
- Maintain the team's motivation, punctuality, and results
- Logistical planning defined by the project coordinator
- Organize and participate in travel planning and implementation
- Follow up on results and budget in cooperation with the coordinator
- Daily reporting to the project coordinator
- Supporting administrative tasks when needed
Qualifications and personal characteristics:
- Have experience as a team leader/fundraiser in MSF
- Motivation to maintain good results in fundraising
- Be a good team player, leader, and motivator
- Have the ability to convey information in an educational way
- Have the ability to show empathy and understanding towards your team members
- Enjoy working outside
- Flexibility to travel
- Be positive, a problem solver, result oriented and have a high work ethic
- Speak Norwegian or English level B2
- Driver's license is an advantage
We offer:
Temporary contract with salary according to MSF policy, NOK 257 per hour
Normal working hours from 15.00 to 21.00
60% position from 1 June to 16 August 2026
