Job Description:
In this exciting field position, you spend most of your time in hospitals and clinics to implement the use of our products for open and laparoscopic surgeries (including electrosurgery, colorectal, bariatric, gynecology, urology and orthopedics). You will be part of the Norwegian sales team and the European Headquarter is in the Netherlands.
Following a comprehensive 7-week training program, you will be well-equipped to engage in peer-level conversations with surgeons and nurses in the operational theater, offering effective solutions.
This role requires you to live in the Trondheim or North of Norway, with frequent travel further north, as you will also cover regions in the north.

In the role of Territory Manager, you are an energetic and motivated self-starter, who understands what surgeons and their teams need. Your ability to establish strong relationships with existing, and especially with new clients, and to follow up on leads will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify key stakeholders per product segment
- Create effective business plans and approach strategies with your Regional Sales Manager
- Establish professional relationships with key decision-makers in operating theatres and procurement departments
- Meet or exceed quota expectations as established by product segment, with a consultative sales approach
- Demonstrate the use of our products to surgeons, practice staff and nurses
- Work closely together with Customer Service team on tenders, price quotations, order samples and customer issues
- Attend company meetings, product trainings and conferences for surgeons and other medical staff
- Keep up with the latest clinical data and communicate this information to health professionals
- Identify new developments in healthcare, the anticipated impact on the business and adapt strategy accordingly
- Bachelor’s or university degree education or similar level by work experience
- Proven sales experience, preferably in medical devices or a clinical environment, or medical work experience such as an OR nurse
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Reside in or close to the Trondheim area. Business travel is required
