Territory Sales Representative

Job Summary

Fortem Cement Corporation is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executive to manage and expand our sales operations in General Santos and surrounding areas. This role focuses on developing the dealer network, strengthening distributor relationships, and driving market growth for our Admixture, Boards, and Cement product lines. This position is strictly open to applicants with proven experience in territory sales, preferably gained from construction supplies, building materials, FMCG, or distribution-driven industries. The ideal candidate understands regional market dynamics, can handle field-based execution, and is confident in managing both existing and new accounts.

Key Qualifications

• Required: Prior experience as a Territory Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar field-sales role.
• Preferably with background in construction materials, hardware distribution, industrial supplies, or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of territory and distribution management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• With valid driver’s license; willing to travel extensively within General Santos and nearby areas.
