Third Party Construction Manager/Owner Rep Multifamily Southeast

Third Party Construction Management firm is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to manage multifamily projects, including both ground-up developments and renovation/repositioning initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in both development and construction management, capable of managing large-scale projects exceeding $50 million.

Key Responsibilities

  • Touch all phases of multifamily development and construction projects, from pre-development through project closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and ownership teams
  • Oversee due diligence, entitlement processes, and design development
  • Monitor construction progress, quality control, and cost management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining timelines and financial targets
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects ($50M+)
  • Proven experience in both multifamily development and construction management
  • Strong understanding of ground-up construction
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working across multiple Southeastern U.S. markets
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and pro forma analysis
  • Established relationships with contractors, consultants, and industry professionals

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
