Tiktok & Social Media Marketing Specialist

DebsIreland is looking for a creative and motivated person to join our marketing team as a TikTok & Social Media Marketing Specialist. This role focuses on creating engaging TikTok content, promoting DebsIreland on social media and representing the brand at schools and events. The ideal candidate must love being in front of the camera and be featured in the majority of TikTok videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• TikTok Content Creation & Management

○ Plan, create and edit TikTok videos that align with DebsIreland’s brand and goals.

○ Stay up to date with TikTok trends and use them in creative content ideas.

○ Post regularly and optimise content for maximum engagement and reach.

○ Monitor performance analytics, track engagement and adjust strategies as needed.

• Social Media Promotion & Engagement

○ Promote DebsIreland on TikTok and Instagram through creative and dynamic content.

○ Engage with followers, reply to comments and interact with the DebsIreland community.

○ Represent DebsIreland at schools, creating organic content while promoting the brand and engaging with students.

• Sales & Customer Relationships

○ Support marketing and sales efforts through social media promotion.

○ Help secure new contacts, partnerships and marketing opportunities for DebsIreland.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Full Irish driving license (required for travel to schools and events).

● Proven experience in TikTok content creation, video editing and social media marketing.

● Strong knowledge of social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram.

● Basic sales and promotion experience.

● Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● A creative and proactive approach to content creation and social media growth.

● Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Canva).

● Passion for marketing and brand promotion in a fun, engaging way.

Desirable Attributes:

● A trend-savvy mindset with a keen eye for what works on TikTok.

● Comfortable traveling to schools and representing the brand in person.

● Experience or interest in event coordination and working with external partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €28,000.00-€31,000.00 per year
