Tiling And Grouting Labourer

About the Role
The Grout Co is seeking a reliable and motivated labourer to join our team. You’ll be working on residential sites assisting with re-grouting showers, bathrooms, and balconies, as well as general preparation and clean-up tasks. This role is ongoing until Christmas and may continue into next year for the right person. Must be physically fit and be injury free.

Key Responsibilities

• Use power tools such as grinders, multi-tools, and other equipment
• Assist with re-grouting and surface preparation
• Support tradespeople and follow job instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using grinders, multi-tools, and basic hand tools is essential
• Tiling or grouting experience is an advantage but not essential — training provided
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take pride in your work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Driver licence and your own car are a must
• Able to travel to various residential sites as required

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
