To-Go Specialist/Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused To-Go Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging and delivering takeout orders to our clients in a timely and efficient manner while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders and packaging them efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain and restock takeout supplies.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
• Uphold company standards for cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in various situations.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• A currently registered vehicle that is in fine working order.
