Are you passionate about tools and love helping customers find the right gear for the job? We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team in the tools and power garden department.

In this role you will helps customers find the right tools for their needs, offering expert advice and product knowledge across a wide range of power and hand tools as well as maintaining well-stocked and organised displays to ensure a positive shopping experience. This role suits someone with a passion for DIY, construction, or hardware, and strong customer service skills.

What you’ll do:

• Assist customers with product selection and advice
• Maintain stock levels and displays
• Process sales and handle enquiries
• Stay up to date with the latest tools and technologies

• Great communication and customer service skills
• Interest or experience in tools, hardware, or DIY
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, on a Sunday to Thursday roster pattern.
