Training Assistant

We are a TRAINING CENTER in need of an ON-SITE TRAINING ASSISTANT.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, messages from Messenger, and mail.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (Physical).
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Monitor trainee attendance and maintain accurate training records and databases.

2. Zoom Meetings & Training Operations:

  • Schedule and manage Zoom meetings, webinars, and other virtual events.
  • Provide technical support during Zoom meetings, including managing audio, video, and screen sharing.
  • Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person events, including venue selection, catering, and attendee management.
  • Manage event registration and communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, certificates, and other documentation requirements.

3. Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably living in Bacoor, Cavite or nearby areas.
  • With 1-2 years' experience in training coordination or administrative work.
  • Highly organized with pleasing personality.
  • Proficiency in using Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience in event/training planning and coordination, both virtual and in-person.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive) apps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bacoor, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
