Travel & Logistics Manager

Reports To: International Director and VP of Business Development
Status: Contracted PRN (as needed) to Part-Time
Location: Remote with travel as required

Position Overview: The Travel & Logistics Manager will oversee all travel arrangements and logistical coordination for the youth program, T3 staff, and partners across multiple cities and international destinations. This role ensures that all parties have seamless transportation and accommodation experiences while adhering to budgets, timelines, and brand standards.

For 2026 our youth programs are expanding in 10 markets nationwide which include Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, Knoxville, Greensboro, San Diego, and NYC.

What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a joyful, passionate, and dedicated individual with a heart for people and evangelism, combined with expertise in travel logistics. This person will be excited to support our ministry, serve our team, and help spread the Lord’s message as we work together to fulfill His mission around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel itineraries for T3 staff and all parties (airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations).
  • Manage event logistics including shipments of garments, equipment, and promotional materials.
  • Research, negotiate and secure event and programming venues
  • Develop and maintain detailed travel schedules and ensure all participants receive confirmations and updates.
  • Negotiate rates with transportation and lodging vendors to stay within budget.
  • Monitor travel changes and resolve issues such as delays or cancellations promptly.
  • Communicate with the event team to align on arrival times, rehearsal schedules, and event day transportation.
  • Ensure compliance with international travel requirements (for events in Belize, Paris and additional locations etc.).
  • Track expenses and prepare travel and logistics reports post-event.
  • Maintain good budgeting and reporting

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event logistics, travel coordination, or hospitality management preferred. Open to periodic travel.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in using booking platforms, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
  • Must be available for PRN scheduling with potential for part-time hours during peak season.

Schedule & Compensation

  • PRN to Part-Time (flexible scheduling based on event calendar).
  • Compensation based on experience and scope of responsibility

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
