Treasury Assistant

A treasury assistant's job is to handle basic financial transactions for a business or organization, and to report to the treasury manager. Their responsibilities include:

  • Financial transactions: Writing checks, creating and opening accounts, and tracking account balances
  • Communication: Maintaining communication with buyers, sellers, and other business partners
  • Record keeping: Keeping meticulous records of transactions and backing up vital information
  • Cash management: Monitoring the group's cash management and loans
  • Budgeting: Assisting in the consolidation and timely submission of the annual budget
  • Cash flow management: Ensuring effective cash flow management, banking relationships, and financial risk mitigation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
