Trucking Coordinator

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including dispatch, route planning, truck management, driver & helper relations.

- Dispatch & route planning – On Call; Weekly schedule and monitoring

- Truck Management – Managing the partner mechanic in ensuring good condition and minimal downtime of trucks, driving cost saving initiatives wherever possible

- Driver & Helper – Managing all drivers and helpers in coordination with HR

Back end operations – Proper processes in place to ensure organized and systematic guidelines and protocols are in place for smooth operations

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new technologies to improve operations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
