Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trucking & Logistics Coordinator / Office Administrator with knowledge ofGraphic design could be an asset to join our Vancouver office. This role is ideal for a professional who can manage logistics operations, trucking coordination, office administration, and basic graphic design support in a fast-paced, international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Trucking & Logistics Coordination, very important

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics and trucking operations for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Communicate and liaise with trucking companies, warehouses, and logistics partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping schedules, delivery status, and transportation documentation.
  • Support international trade operations, including familiarity with customs clearance processes.

Inventory & Data Management

  • Manage and update inbound and outbound inventory records.
  • Organize, input, and maintain logistics and operational data with high accuracy.
  • Ensure timely retrieval and reporting of logistics-related information.

Office Administration

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks, including:
  • Office supply procurement
  • Janitorial service coordination
  • Mail handling (incoming and outgoing)
  • General office organization and support
  • Provide administrative assistance to management and sales teams as required.

Graphic Design Support could be an asset.

  • Provide basic graphic design support for marketing and internal materials.
  • Coordinate with and select from external graphic designers when needed.
  • Assist in managing design assets and ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in logistics, trucking, or transportation coordination (must).
  • Familiarity with international trade and customs clearance processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge or experience in graphic design tools or coordination is an advantage.

Employment Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Work Location: Richmond Office
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day Shift)

Pay: 45,000.00 (CAD) – 55,000.00 (CAD) per year
