Success Tutoring Lower Hutt has opened our doors on Monday 2nd March, supporting students from Year 0 to Year 13 across primary, intermediate and secondary schooling.

Success Tutoring began in Sydney and has grown rapidly due to its proven impact on student performance, confidence, and parent satisfaction. With successful centres operating internationally, the brand is now expanding into New Zealand, Singapore, the UK, Canada, the US, and India.

Our Lower Hutt centre has opened, and we are looking to add to our vibrant, committed team of tutors who are passionate about helping students
reach their full potential.

We are seeking a passionate, patient and engaging tutor to deliver phonics, early numeracy, and foundational literacy skills to our young students. The ideal candidate will create a positive, supportive learning environment that builds confidence, strengthens core skills, and fosters a love of learning.

As a tutor at Success Tutoring Lower Hutt, you will:

-Tutor primary and intermediate students (Year 0–8) or Secondary (year 9-13), or both.

-Support, mentor, and educate students in English and Maths

-Fill in reports on students and track student results.

-Prepare weekly homework for students.

-Communicate with parents/ guardians about student performance & results.

-Attend termly meetings.

REMUNERATION

~ $25-28 p/h + Bonus

Qualifications / Requirements

-Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Working with Children
Check or Police Check

-Currently studying toward, or have completed, a Bachelor’s
degree

-Solid academic performance at NCEA Level 3 or equivalent

-Strong communication skills and a positive, professional
attitude

-Reliable, organised, and confident working with children
and teenagers
