We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Design Lead with 10+ years of experience to drive the design strategy for our digital products. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma and skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and user experience research. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, the ability to create intuitive and engaging interfaces, and strong leadership in guiding design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Optimize user interfaces for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Provide mentorship and direction to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
• Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and behavioral analysis.
• Ability to design for web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsiveness.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
