Unarmed Retail Security Officer (Vancouver Wa) (23-25 Phr)

Summary

Noble Protection Group, LLC, is seeking Security Officers to provide a visibly deterrent presence for clients in a retail environment in Vancouver WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observation, and communication skills.

Active unarmed security guard license holders are preferred.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 3 PM

Qualifications:
- Unarmed security licenses are a plus!
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Great customer service and verbal de-escalation skills
- Must possess a working smartphone and can use smart apps.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.

Starting wage is $23 - $25 per hour. Pay is bi-weekly, via direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide a visible presence to prevent theft and help ensure safety.
• Manage conflict situations with effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Collaborate with management as needed and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Uphold all security policies and procedures to protect staff and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
