Are you a local undergraduate searching for a part-time role that helps you grow professionally while fitting comfortably around your school commitments? Join us in a position that offers both practical exposure and meaningful skill development.
What This Opportunity Offers:
✨ Industry Insight – Gain first-hand exposure to the workflow of the financial advisory sector and see how concepts from your studies translate into real-life scenarios.
✨ Practical Skill Development – Strengthen your capabilities in admin support, client coordination, and structured communication.
✨ Personal Finance Awareness – Pick up wealth management principles that can benefit your own financial planning.
✨ Guidance & Community – Work alongside experienced advisors who provide mentorship and opportunities to expand your network.
✨ Flexible Scheduling – Minimum 12 hours per week, with timing arranged around your academic timetable.
✨ Attractive Hourly Rate – Earn up to $15/hour while building valuable, resume-worthy experience.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare client materials, reports, and administrative documents
✔ Coordinate appointment bookings and manage scheduling efficiently
✔ Sit in on client meetings and compile notes where needed
✔ Assist with outreach messages and follow-up communication
✔ Support daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✅ Is a local undergraduate with a friendly, proactive mindset
✅ Can communicate fluently in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
✅ Takes responsibility seriously and enjoys learning new tasks
✅ Likes interacting with people and contributing to a professional client experience
✅ Can commit at least 12 hours weekly with flexibility
✅ Is comfortable travelling for work when required
Why This Role Stands Out:

If you enjoy meaningful work, seek growth, and want exposure that complements your studies, we’d love to meet you.
