At The 5X Company, we help businesses scale their growth five times over through smart strategy and bold marketing. We’re a fast-growing team looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who’s eager to learn, create, and grow in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns (social, content, email, paid ads)
• Assist with content creation and scheduling across platforms
• Help monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and marketers on client and internal projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates welcome
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Strong communication and creative skills
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced startup
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, MS Office
