Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced UX Design Lead to drive the transformation of the
user experience across our platform, with the design system as the core enabler.
You will scale and evolve the system to be future-proof in an AI-driven product
environment, grounded in user needs and research, ensuring it empowers both UX
and engineering teams to deliver cohesive, consistent, and scalable experiences.
This role requires strong leadership in systems thinking, user experience, and design
systems, along with a deep interest in AI-enhanced product experiences. You will
champion adoption across the organization, aligning stakeholders and enabling
teams to design with speed, consistency, and quality.

- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent.
- Proven track record of building and governing design systems for large-scale
- Experienced practitioner of Design Thinking methodology (double diamond)
