Van Driver/ Transportation Specialist

Hello, Cascades at Riverwalk in Midvale, UT is actively looking to hire a Van Driver/Transportation Specialist part-time for every other Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays set, and one Saturday a month.

At Cascades at Riverwalk, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care.

Job Description:

• Schedule patient doctor and other appointments
• Load/unload geriatric patients into facility transport vehicle
• Transport patients to/from doctor, other appointments

Requirements:

• 25+ years of age
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs. to a height of 3 to 4 feet and be able to push, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 200 feet
• Current driver license, clean driving record
• High School Diploma
• Prior drivers experience desired but not required
• Reliable, organized
• Great attitude
• Love to work with geriatric people!
