Vending Machine Service Specialist

About the Role

Darouiche Holdings Ltd T/A Vending-Machines.ie is looking for a dedicated and technically

skilled Vending Machine Service Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting

opportunity to take on a varied role focused on providing expert service and support for our

clients. As a Vending Machine Service Specialist, you will play a key part in our operations,

working hands-on with our vending machines to ensure they are consistently performing at

their best for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support and Repairs

● Diagnose and resolve reported issues, delivering timely and thorough assessments

for our vending machines.

● Conduct effective repairs, troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions to

ensure optimal functionality and performance.

● Follow safety protocols and best practices while performing repair tasks to maintain a

safe working environment.

Installation and Maintenance

● Oversee the setup and configuration of machines at client locations, ensuring each

machine meets operational standards.

● Provide comprehensive training to clients on machine operation and maintenance.

● Carry out routine inspections to maintain machines at peak performance and

proactively identify potential upgrade or enhancement needs.

Customer Service and Consultation

● Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and

resolving any inquiries or concerns.

● Communicate the benefits and features of our machines and services effectively to

customers, assisting them in understanding how our products meet their needs.

● Provide strategic recommendations to clients to optimise their vending operations,

aligning with their business objectives.

● Serve as a point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring a clear

understanding of client requirements and expectations.

Qualifications and Skills Required

● Previous experience in technical support or a similar role in the vending or similar

industry is beneficial.

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a

team.

● Excellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

● Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
