Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

We are offering what a lot of veterinary clinics are unable to offer, a position that offers family friendly hours and great life/work balance.

We are a five doctor practice looking for a full time assistant/receptionist. Position will include scheduling appointments, inbound/outbound calling, client interaction, in addition to other tasks. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, detail oriented and able to multitask. Previous experience required.

Schedule is 9:30am-5:30pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Tuesday 9:30-7:30pm and an occasional Saturday (~1/month) from 8:00am-12:00pm. Perks include, but not limited to; health benefits, dental, vision, 401k, clothing allowance, employee discount, and vacation pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
