Job Description: Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team full-time as a Veterinary Receptionist in our Orlando location. While prior experience as a veterinary receptionist is highly preferred, it is not strictly required. We value individuals with a strong customer-focused background and a passion for providing exceptional support. Duties would include, but not be limited to:

Key Responsibilities for a Veterinary Receptionist:

• Greeting clients/patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking clients in/out of hospital
• Faxing/filing/scanning documents

Qualifications for and Experienced Veterinary Receptionist:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing excellent customer service
• Exceptional communication skills
• Previous veterinary experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-Time

The position also requires a practical knowledge of the clinic’s procedures and policies. It is a full-time position and compensation is based on experience.
