Veterinary Receptionist

Join our team in a newly refurbished clinic Castle Vets is a very busy Small Animal Clinic. We are looking for a full time receptionist/front of house to join our team. Our Ideal candidate would have some experience in animal care, be comfortable working with the public, and have good customer service skills. This is a key role with responsibility for maintaining relationships with clients. Strong customer service skills and an understanding of the veterinary industry are key to this role.

We are looking for somebody has:· Experience in a customer-facing/retail environment· Knowledge of the veterinary industry· Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy periods· Good communication skills via telephone, email and face to face contact· Good organisational and time management skills

Job Type: Full Time Permanent

● 40hr week

● 1:3 Saturday rota

● 4 day week
