Veterinary Receptionist

The team at Greenwood Park Animal Hospital is looking for a remarkable individual to join our dynamic team! We are looking for someone who loves to work both with client services as well as in a veterinary assistant role. We are a clinic that works with cats and dogs, as well as pocket pets, birds, and reptiles.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent client communication skills, a friendly personality and be a motivated, flexible, organized, energetic team player who is able to multitask and assist with the various roles within the practice. We are a high pace clinic and are looking for someone who is comfortable working in this environment. Avimark knowledge is an asset. We are open Monday to Friday: 8am-7pm and Saturday: 8:30-2.

Reception duties include but are not limited to customer service, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, retail sales, billing, patient reminders, etc.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
