About the Role
We’re seeking a creative and reliable Video Editor & Production Assistant to join our Miami-based team. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about storytelling through video, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys collaborating with both clients and internal creative teams.

You’ll work on everything from editing social media content to assisting on location at high-profile video shoots. You should be equally comfortable behind the computer and behind the camera, ready to jump in wherever needed to help our productions shine.

Responsibilities

• Edit short- and long-form video content for digital campaigns, social media, and web
• Assist in all aspects of video production, including setup, filming, lighting, and sound
• Travel for client shoots and support on-site production logistics
• Communicate professionally with clients and talent during shoots and post-production
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and storytelling
• Occasionally design simple graphics, titles, or motion assets to complement videos
• Organize, label, and manage video assets and media libraries
• Maintain awareness of deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced political marketing environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video editing or production (agency or political experience a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator a plus)
• Ability to travel for client shoots as needed
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with conservative political clients and campaigns
• Willingness to pitch in wherever needed on set or in the edit suite

Bonus Skills

• Experience with color correction, sound mixing, or motion graphics
• Photography, lighting, or camera operation experience
• Social media video formatting and optimization (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $45,000 - $60,000, based on experience
