Videographer Needed in Rio de Janeiro – Conference Shoot (April 24–27, 2026)

We are looking for a Brazil-based videographer to join our international production team for a conference recording in Rio de Janeiro.
The event will take place at a large international academic conference and you will be working with an experienced production crew.

The work will take place over four days (April 24–27, 2026).

• Day 1 (Apr 24): meet the team and do a quick technical check
• Day 2 (Apr 25): setup day – integrating your camera into our AV system
• Day 3–4 (Apr 26–27): full-day conference recording

You will be operating a locked-off camera filming speakers and panel discussions on stage. The rest of the production setup and crew will be provided by our team.

Requirements

• Based in Brazil (preferably Rio de Janeiro)
• 1 professional camera with XLR input, no recording limit, and HDMI or SDI output
• Fluid head tripod
• Experience filming conferences, talks, or live events
• Basic English communication
