Virtual Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist with scheduling, respond to client inquiries, and take calls to ensure smooth communication and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take calls with clients and assist them with inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and organized administrative records.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Assist with email management, responding to inquiries professionally.
  • Support document preparation and data entry tasks.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative work or virtual assistance preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable handling client calls and addressing inquiries.

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
