• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Northern Virginia Building

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Monday through Friday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Position Summary:
As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors. Your role is to provide outstanding customer service while managing a variety of property-related tasks. If you enjoy problem-solving, interacting with people, and making a positive impact, this position is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests warmly, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Manage package deliveries, maintenance requests, and resident needs using our concierge software.
• Coordinate amenity bookings, community events, and service requests.
• Offer local recommendations to enhance the resident experience.
• Perform light administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
• Operate concierge platforms and scheduling tools efficiently.
• Support resident move-ins/outs.
• Help maintain building safety and security protocols.
• Respond to emergency situations with calm and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience (concierge, hospitality, or residential preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
• Quick to adapt and learn new software platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
