Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing calls in a courteous manner.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
