Virtual Dental Assistant - Full Time Work From Home (Bacolod City)

We’re seeking a professional and committed Virtual Dental Assistant to join our growing remote team! This is a permanent, full-time work-from-home position where you’ll support a dental practice virtually while ensuring outstanding patient care and strict HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients virtually, gathering necessary information.
• Answer patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Handle phone calls and manage patient appointment scheduling.
• Foster strong relationships with dentists, patients, and clinic staff.
• Maintain and organize patient records, reports, and other documents.
• Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• College graduate or equivalent experience in customer service.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Quick learner with a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using technology and good at problem-solving.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (backup preferred).
• Professional home office setup:
• Quiet workspace with minimal distractions
• Clean/white background
• Dual monitors

Minimum Technical Requirements

• Computer: Intel i5 10th Gen or AMD Ryzen equivalent (or better)
• RAM: At least 8GB (16GB recommended)
• Webcam: 1080p (e.g., A4 Tech PK-910H)
• Headset: Noise-canceling (e.g., Logitech H390)
• Power Backup: UPS for uninterrupted workflow

Training Program

You’ll receive comprehensive training in:

• Dental procedures and terminology
• Communication techniques
• Dental clinic software systems

Training Details:

• Compensation: Php 10,000/month + night premium
• Hours: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time

(After training, you’ll move to a 9-hour full shift.)
