We’re Hiring: Onsite Virtual Dental Assistant

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and ready to support dental care from behind the scenes? We’re expanding and on the lookout for a reliable Onsite Virtual Dental Assistant to join our team! You'll be working from our office, providing remote administrative support to a dental clinic—helping ensure patients receive seamless, professional service every step of the way.

Note: This is a full-time onsite role. Only applicants who live nearby and can work from our office daily will be considered.

Location: 3rd Floor, 1719 Tarlac St., corner De Guzman St., Mt. View, Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga

What You'll Do:

• Virtually welcome patients and gather accurate personal and health details
• Manage calls, respond to inquiries, and handle appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Coordinate with dentists, patients, and team members to ensure efficient communication
• Maintain digital patient records and prepare reports as needed
• Support the clinic with general administrative tasks

Who We're Looking For:

• A college graduate or someone with strong customer service experience
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Dependable, professional, and approachable
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced office setting
• A quick thinker and fast learner with solid problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
• Bonus: Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required

What Training Includes:

• Introduction to dental terms and procedures
• Best practices for engaging with patients virtually
• Hands-on training with clinic systems and tools

Training Details:

• Pay: Php 10,000 during training (includes night differential)
• Hours: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Philippine Time)
• 6-hour shift with a 1-hour break

Post-Training Schedule:

• 9-hour workday (including 1-hour break)
