Work Hours: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Job Summary:
The Virtual Receptionist Officer - IT Department will act as the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and partners via chat, email, and phone. This role combines customer service, registration support, and administrative coordination, ensuring that inquiries are handled professionally, promptly, and lead to confirmed actions. The officer will manage digital communications, assist with registration processes, and support the smooth flow of client interactions in a virtual environment.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a focus on delivering excellent client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors through chat, email, and calls.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, questions, and service requests.
  • Assist clients and contractors with registrations, confirmations, and onboarding procedures.
  • Monitor communications to ensure follow-ups are completed and inquiries are converted into confirmed actions.
  • Maintain accurate logs of client interactions, registrations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address complex inquiries or issues.
  • Support administrative tasks related to client communications and documentation.
  • Provide insights and feedback on common inquiries, client concerns, and potential improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school diploma; ongoing college or recent graduate is welcome.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Basic computer literacy (chat apps, email, MS Office/Google Workspace).
  • Professional, approachable, and client-focused attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Willingness to learn structured communication techniques and client management processes.
  • Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or front desk operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php700.00 - Php1,500.00 per day
