The Boiling Crab is renowned for its family-friendly atmosphere and Louisiana-style Cajun seafood, The Boiling Crab offers a vibrant dining experience inspired by the rich traditions of a Southeastern Texas town, Seadrift. This small town, with a tight-knit community of crabbers and fishermen, was where our founders, Yo'Daddy and Yo'Mama, honed their love for seafood and entertaining. Launching the first Boiling Crab in 2004 in Garden Grove, California, they brought the festive spirit of a backyard crab fest to the masses.

Today, The Boiling Crab boasts nearly 30 locations where guests can savor our signature dish, The Whole Shabang, among other seafood delights like crawfish, shrimp, and crab, complemented by Southern favorites like fried catfish and gumbo.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a bustling restaurant setting.
• Are legally eligible to work in Australia.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Are committed to providing outstanding customer service and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Exhibit a positive, professional demeanor and a friendly personality.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail, show initiative, and have a strong drive to complete tasks excellently.
• Possess excellent communication skills and can relate well to a diverse team.
