The Old Mill is a cosy, characterful restaurant tucked in the heart of Temple Bar. We serve seasonal dishes with a focus on warm, attentive hospitality — our guests range from locals to tourists enjoying Dublin’s nightlife. We value teamwork, a relaxed professional manner and a real passion for great service.

We’re expanding our front-of-house team and looking for friendly, motivated servers to deliver a consistently excellent dining experience. If you enjoy working with people, can stay calm during busy shifts, and take pride in great presentation, you’ll fit right in.

• Competitive pay: €13–€17 per hour (depending on experience) + tips/tip-pool

Salary note:
Temple Bar is a busy, high-footfall area and compensation reflects local conditions. Candidates with relevant experience (fine dining, strong wine knowledge, supervisory experience) may be offered a higher rate within the band.

Who we’re looking for:

• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential — we provide on-the-job training
• Clear spoken English and good communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-led environment
• Positive attitude, tidy appearance and strong customer service mindset
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
