Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive top-notch service in a friendly and efficient manner.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.

Skills

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations.
• Previous experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player mentality with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.
