Waitress/Waiter Kitchen Hand

Piccolo Trattoria restaurant & cafe' is looking for 2* Waiter/Waitress, (preferably above 19 years of age). Working hours from Wednesday to Sunday on different shifts. From 10am to 4.30pm. Sometimes also in the evenings on Fridays or Saturdays*.

This is not for weekend job only ! Please apply if available for the above working time and you can easily commute to Skerries, North County Dublin!

We are seeking to recruit:

• A motivated individual eager to learn food preparation techniques, primarily working in the kitchen and during the weekends.
• A customer-focused team member: with coffee-making/barista experience, to prepare beverages, provide excellent customer service and attend tables.

A genuine passion for artisanal homemade food and Italian cuisine would be considered a strong advantage.

Candidates with H.A.C.C.P. training or certification will be given special consideration.
