Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using our POS system.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests.
• Understanding of food safety standards and practices in the food industry.
• Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
