Warehouse Assistant

• Accurately enter customer orders into the company's system.
• Verify order details for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track order status and provide updates to customers.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and returns.
• Address customer issues and resolve problems related to orders.
• Processing of DR in System.
• Filing of Documents.
• Confirming accuracy of orders and closing in system.
• Computer Literate.
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
• High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
• 1+ years work experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people.
• Proficient with using tools required for this position.
• Physically agile and dexterous.
• Proficient organizational skills.
• Willing to work in Cainta and/or Taytay.
